| Scaling is a common problem in engineering field.Scale control and scale removal have always been an important research topic in the field of water system.Electromagnetic scale inhibition technology is a physical scale inhibition method,which has the advantages of saving manpower and material resources,non-toxic,non-polluting,simple operation and so on.It has a very wide application prospect.Based on the mechanism of resonance fission of water molecules,the effect of variable frequency electromagnetic field on scaling rate of different aqueous solutions was studied.In this paper,the effect of electromagnetic field frequency on the properties of calcium carbonate solution and electromagnetic scale inhibition rate,the effect of electromagnetic field intensity on the properties of calcium carbonate solution and electromagnetic scale inhibition rate were studied by using self-made static scale inhibition experimental platform.It is found that alternating electromagnetic field can improve the solubility of calcium carbonate solution,reduce the pH value of water solution,increase the conductivity of water solution,and reduce the scaling rate of water solution.When the frequency of electromagnetic field changes at 200 k Hz,the system has the least scaling amount and the highest electromagnetic scale inhibition rate.Increasing the intensity of electromagnetic field can improve the electromagnetic scale inhibition rate and enhance the scale inhibition effect.On the basis of the static experiment of frequency conversion scale inhibition,an experimental pipeline system of electromagnetic scale inhibition was built.The distribution law of magnetic field intensity in the pipeline was obtained by derivation and calculation.The effects of variable frequency electromagnetic field on the scaling rate of Ca-Mg ion solution,Ca-Mg ion polymer solution,Ba ion solution and Ba ion polymer solution were studied respectively.The variation rules of scaling rate at different radial positions of pipelines were analyzed.The effects of variable frequency electromagnetic field action time,coil turns and working current on the scaling inhibition effect were discussed,the scanning frequency band of electromagnetic field with the best scale inhibition effect is obtained,which provides a scientific basis for the design of frequency conversion scale inhibitor.Scanning electron microscopy was used to scan the scale samples on the tube wall with or without electromagnetic field,and two kinds of scale crystal structures were obtained.The comparison showed that the crystal structures of the two scales were very different.The scales crystals precipitated under the electromagnetic field were small,long strips,loosely arranged and easy to fall off and be washed away by water.Frequency conversion electromagnetic field can effectively reduce the scaling on the inner wall of pipeline.Using the optimal scanning frequency band obtained in this paper,the scale inhibition rate can reach more than 80%.The application of frequency conversion electromagnetic anti-scaling technology in various water pipelines can greatly reduce the various production problems caused by the scaling on the inner wall of pipeline,and will produce enormous economic benefits. |
