This paper deals with the dynamic simulation of FCC and in order to understand deeply the operation and dynamic characteristics of riser reactor, the dynamic simulation of it was mainly investigated. The FCC system mainly consists of reactor, regenerator, main column, primary absorber, stripper, debutanizer, heat exchanger, heating, steam regenerator, pump and pipeline network. Based on the knowledge of these devices and pipeline network, the mathematics models of these devices and pipeline network are established and the suitable algorithm is selected. Finally the dynamic simulation software was developed and it is used to the real-time simulation and practical process successfully, and obtained good effect.Base on analysis of riser reactor, six lumped kinetic model is established through reasonable simplification and select appropriate method to solve the model. The simulation results show that the product component of reactor export and the influence of feed to reactor temperature and catalyst circulation rate is correct. The results of the simulation software have approached the practical date, reflected the basic principles of FCC and can be applied to the simulation of the technical process. From the whole process simulation situation, the state parameters can approach the design value when the operation reaches the steady state, the dynamic change meet the practical device operational discipline in dynamic operation, so the simulation software can reflect correctly the running conditions of equipment and has better dynamic characteristics. The simulation results can be used not only for the simulation training but also for the technology upgrade and control system study. This research will apply to operator training in FCC workshop of some refinery.
