Based on analyzing oil well's measures and theirs effect which be implemented since the development zone in the north of Sartu come into high water-cut stage, combining with reservoir physical property and residual oil distribution, the author applies reservoir engineering method to define technology limits of selecting measured wells and layers in different water-cut ,layer thickness, permeability and injection-production perfect degree and pressure level.Numerical simulation is applied to study remaining oil distribution in different sedimentation unit, and select potential units for oil wells'measure in the extra-high water-cut period. Multivariate mathematical statistics is used to determine a system method which be adopted to analyze daily oil increment. According to the measure wells'sandstone thickness, net thickness, formation coefficient and pressure data , oil well's initial daily oil increment after fracturing can be calculated.A model is established to calculate economic limit of fracture and water plugging. The qualitative analyze is proceeded which is used to calculate the lowest oil increment limitation with different oil price, water-cut and investment. This research has important significance to select measure well in extra-high water-cut oil field, and can also improve measure's coincidence rate.
