| With the high-quality developent of economy,the society is in a crucial stage of transforming the mode of production,researching clean energy and practicing green development.Because of mines are the necessary resources for human,Mining industry also needs to reform.In the context of rapid development and updating of information technology,it’s a trend that the upgrading and transformation of mineral resources has become,and a source of innovation for sustainable development of mining enterprises that embracing information science.According to the degree of mine information integration,mining industry has gone through the stages of traditional mine,digital mine and intelligent mine,and its automation,integration degree and synergy are gradually increasing.3D visualization uses computer technology to digitally reconstruct objects and realize basic operations such as rotation and scaling so as to facilitate effective follow-up research.Along with the in-depth integration with mining industry and the actual production activities,a new research field of ore body visualization has emerged under the framework of digital mine.The visualization of laneway entity is the main research content of ore body visualization,monitoring the underground production environment and providing effective security.laneway visualization shows the characteristics of the three-dimensional space,such as the topological connection between the upper and lower wells,crisscross,transportation environment and so on.It plays an important role in underground excavation operation,simulation of underground escape,reserves estimation and so on.The paper puts forward the key technology of the 3D model of laneway,mainly focuses on the research of the data sources and characteristics,section design,laneway network topology structure,elaborates the basic principle that laneway is composed of a series of adjacent contour lines that can be transformed.A fine modeling algorithm for underground connected laneway make use of the data of middle line,waist line and boundary line of floor was proposed under the precondition of reasonable utilization of waist line constraint.This model adopts the holistic modelling idea which mainly includes extracting the connecting path of the central line of the roof,constructing the local spatial grid,and adding the transition contour to encrypt it by linear interpolation to deal with the various laneway in a unified way so as to reduce the complexity of the algorithm.Another reconstruction algorithm based on the scattered point set of section was proposed,this method fit the profile of the cross section by the discrete point set of the cross section,construct the solid of the cross section by the traverse of the cross section,then adopt local modeling to solve the splicing and smoothing of laneway main body and fork.These are applied to the actual underground laneway of Dongguashan Copper Mine.The experimental results show that the algorithm can better meet the needs of engineering acceptance and mining design. |
