Chao-Yang-Gou Oil Field and Yu-Shu-Lin Oil Field are specially low permeability oil field Chang-Heng Periphery in Da-Qing ,reservoir condition and crude oil physical property are worse, stratigraphy contaminated badly, if traditional oil field exploration technique and oil extraction technology is applied for exploiting these oil field, high expenses of increase production, low range of increase production and irreversible minus effect occurred result in petroleum reservoir damage that incur that other oil extraction techniques with developmental prospect can be not continued to apply ,and limit the application of many enhanced recovery ratio technology that is mature in middle and high penetrate oil field .Fluctuating Oil Extraction Technique is a fresh technology of improving recovery ratio that is spring up in recent years. compared with other improving recovery ratio such as chemistry driving oil and mixture phase driving oil , this technique is increasingly applied widely due to its simple technique and low cost ,strong applicability, no pollution for oil reservoir and environment and effect on oil reservoir being independent of formation liquid Chunnel .especially, in the low permeability oil field with poor economic benefit, fluctuation oil extraction technology has been accepted and paid attention to by increasing researchers.Fluctuating oil extraction technology concerns with a lot of methods, every of which has certain applicability, and treating effect is strongly dependent on oil reservoir physical property and operation process parameter. The technique has prominent effect on high permeability petroleum reservoir, but maybe no effect on low high permeability petroleum reservoir, and the technology parameters matched with low permeability petroleum reservoir have difference with high permeability petroleum reservoir .in this paper, seven fluctuating oil extraction technology traits are analyzed, increase production mechanism and effective effect range are studied, on the basis of summing-up geological characteristics of Chao-Yang-Gou Oil Field and Yu-Shu-Lin Oil Field, relative process parameters are identified and process programmed are designed ,and examination effect is analyzed and evaluated. Meanwhile, large swing and low frequency hydraulic vibration oil extraction technology is developed, the transmit law of low frequency hydraulic vibration in petroleum layer is studied, attenuation coefficient prediction model is established, well-down low frequency hydraulic vibration equipment is designed and manufactured, the effect of low frequency hydraulic vibration and high power gas cracking on cannula and cement loop to some extent is studied.In this paper, fluctuating oil extraction suited for low permeability oil field of Da-Qing periphery is defined, the research direction is supplied for fluctuating oil extraction technology development in low permeability oil field of Da-Qing periphery, based on the theory and experiment as the main research means.
