It is the main production base on heavy oil in Liaohe oilfield, and over 90% heavy oil was developed by the way of steam stimulation in liaohe oilfield, so reasonable and efficient steam injection has been one of the most important work in the development of oilfield, and the technology of heavy vertical multistage synthetic steam injection was mature from theory to practice. But with the continuous development and application field of horizontal scale expands gradually, especially the most horizontal Wells were finished by sieve tube, which brings considerable difficulty to the optimization of horizontal injection steam technology.The research content of this paper is concerning the steam injection and mining effect of the horizontal subsection steam injection and general steam injection, studying steam injection and mining laws of the horizontal subsection steam injection, optimizing the horizontal subsection steam injection process and researching horizontal steam injection parameters and designing method, providing the optimized steam injection process of horizontal section, and the design method of the block and steam injection valve position and steam injection quantity .This paper has a detailed analysis on the geological characteristics and horizontal structure characteristics and the horizontal injection steam mining condition of the steam injection, clear the problem of the horizontal layer of general steam injection steam absorption and uneven use for du 84, du32 and shu 175 etc., in Liaohe oilfield. Secondly, analyzing the steam and mining effect through reservoir numerical simulation and comparison. thirdly, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different steam, optimizing the horizontal section steam injection process, given preliminary well standard. Fourth, based on percolation mechanics analysis are studied in detail, the horizontal block, attaining the steam injection steam and subsection sections such as steam injection mode of sieve tube outer ring hollow steam channeling flows. Finally, according to the characteristics of horizontal section steam flow theory, based on the research results leap, giving the horizontal section steam injection string structures and steam injection parameters optimization design method.
