| Due to the high content of gelled asphalt in the formation,the viscosity of heavy oil is higher than that of ordinary crude oil,so it is an important development method to heat the heavy oil in the formation to reduce its viscosity and then recover it.Combined with the heat and mass transfer equation,this paper makes an in-depth study on the mechanism of development mode of heavy oil thermal recovery horizontal well and puts forward the corresponding parameter optimization design method,which specifically completes the research work in the following three aspects:(1)Based on formation heat transfer mechanism and combined with non-Newtonian fluid characteristics of heavy oil at low temperature,an analytical model of nonNewtonian fluid flow through multi-stage steam injection in horizontal Wells of heavy oil thermal recovery was established.In the steam injection stage,the model combined with heat and mass transfer mechanism to divide the formation heating region;The characteristics of non-Newtonian fluid at low temperature were considered in the soaking and production stages,and the temperature change and oil well production during formation production were characterized by the non-isothermal seepage equation.(2)COMSOL numerical simulation software was used to verify the established subsection steam injection model of heavy oil thermal horizontal well.The nonNewtonian fluid characteristics of heavy oil were ignored by degradation verification and compared with the numerical simulation results,and then the influences of nonNewtonian fluid characteristics and non-isothermal seepage on the thermal recovery of heavy oil horizontal well were obtained through comparison and verification.The influences of various parameters on the development effect of thermal recovery horizontal Wells were studied based on the model,and the parameters of steam injection dryness and steam injection velocity were optimized based on the heat utilization parameters.(3)Based on the strong heterogeneity of heavy oil reservoir formation,which leads to the prominent contradiction of uneven operation of horizontal Wells during general steam injection,the optimization method of subsection steam injection and subsection steam injection for thermal recovery horizontal Wells is proposed,which effectively layers.Under the condition of maintaining a certain oil well production,the total amount of steam injection is significantly reduced,and the development cost of heavy oil thermal recovery horizontal well is reduced. |
