PA/ABS alloy that made from polycarbonate and acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) is an important kind of engineering plastic alloy. PA/ABS alloy possesses not only high impact strength, good hot properties and moldability, but also excellent (low-temperature) strength, high heat resistance and light stability. In comparison to pure polycarbonate , PA/ABS alloy comprises low melt viscosity, good (low-temperature) strength and improved processing properties, make PA/ABS blends particularly suitable for interior and exterior automotive applications, for example. Their full range of properties, comprising high heat distortion temperature, and improved processing properties in comparison to ABS, make PA/ABS alloy particularly suitable for automotive applications, electric/electronic materials and office equipments, ect. In this paper, the choice of polymerization system PB, agglomeration technology development, the choice of graft polymerization system, agglomerate technologies, was used to PC/ABS alloy polymerization of the PB formula and process conditions, formula and agglomeration process conditions, graft polymerization, emulsion method, such as formula and process conditions. Conclusion:(1) The active functional groups are polymerized into ABS polymer by the emulsion grafting polymerization. The compatibility of PA/ABS alloy is improved by means of which active functional groups are polymerized with the hydroxyl orcarboxyl groups of PA;(2) The blend technology and proper proportion of PA/ABS alloy is studied, while the prepared PA/ABS alloy has excellent properties. The product's impact strength>600 J / M, the tensile strength of >40 MPa, the melt index 1.0-2.0 g/10min, the thermal deformation of 100-107 degrees, they are entirely up to international standards of quality PA/ABS alloy.
