Abstract/Summary:
Daqing Oilfield has entered the high water cut stage, in order to enhanced oil recovery, technologies such as the polymer flooding and the ASP flooding are becoming more and more important to maintain stable production after the water flooding. However, the application of oil recovery technologies such as the polymer flooding and the ASP flooding puts forward higher requirements for anticorrosion technology in oil field. The issues of metal corrosion and protection become more complex because of the addition of oil displacement agent with the polymer flooding and ASP flooding. So study on the corrosion status, the causticity of produced fluid, the corrosion factors and corrosion mechanism of the produced system in oil field have a great significance. This paper selects steel 20 for the research object. The works are as follows:first, carried out field investigation on the situation corrosion and protection of water flooding and polymer flooding in the produced system ; second, through the hanging indoor experiment, hanging field experiment and on-line tracking corrosion monitoring experiment etc. was studied the corrosion properties of the produced fluid of ASP flooding, and using scanning electron microscopy and microscopic test technology to observe the morphology on metal surface and analysis elements on the surface; Next, through the grey correlation analysis and orthogonal test method to determine the main factors of corrosion in the produced fluid of ASP flooding, and using electrochemical methods to research the mechanism of the main factors, studied the acting mechanism and the corrosion rules in different ASP flooding aqueous solutions and in analog Recovery fluid; Finally used the BP neural network successfully established the network model which can predict the corrosion rate (in the specified concentration range) of the steel 20 in ASP flooding produced fluid.
