Treatment On Silk Fabric With Dioscorea Cirrhosa Press Liquor

Dioscorea Cirrhosa Press Liquor is a kind of natural colored material pressing or squeezing out from Dioscorea Cirrhosa,Dioscorea Cirrhosa colors have high exploitation value because they possess some outstanding advantages such as vividness in color,richness in raw materials,reproduction property,and the Press Liquor has certain stability to light,heat,oxidants and reducing agents.They can be obtained in the form of liquid for the purposes of dyeing.Dioscorea Cirrhosa Press Liquor ,the basic characteristics and two methods(direct dyeing and chrome dyeing) of their application to the dyeing of silk was investigated.The optimum dyeing parameters were selected by orthogonal and single-factor tests.A variety of metal ions were applied to the post treatment, for developing the color and other application ability. And the results showed that the post treatment diversified color, fastness, draping property, comfort and ultraviolet-shielding ability. It was found that the processing scarcely influenced the inner structure of silk. The experimental results showed that Dioscorea Cirrhosa Press Liquor was relatively suitable for the dyeing of protein fibers.
