Visual analysis of human motion is currently one of the most active research topics in computer vision. It aims to recover body poses and motion parametersNC turning machining is of important in the machining process, and the most important method of the world. with the development of modern manufacture technology and new material,cutting-tools,process and new equipment, Nowadays, many scholars have made some research on it and get some results, but as the lathe machining process is so complicated that the research can't fulfill the practice complication. it is necessary to research NC turning simulation furthermore.The papers studies on practice lathe machining simulation and makes some research on NC lathe machining simulation systems, and it tries to connect the geometry simulation and the physics simulation to affect the essential of the process. In the course of NC machine, the method of checking NC program is one of important factors effecting on productivity. When NC program is being made, it is unavoidable for some errors to occur in program, because a lot of things have to be thought. These errors will result in waste of capital, manpower and time even damage Machine. So NC program must be examined to assure it is right before it is used to production.Surface roughness is one of the most important requirements in NC machining. To get optimal machining parameters so as to control machined surface quality, more and more researchers hope to model more precise surface roughness prediction models through the fewer experiments and achieved optimum machining. Based on lots of literatures which surface roughness prediction, thisPaper mainly study the key techniques including influence factors and influence rules of machined surface roughness, generation mechanism of surface roughness, as well as prediction of machined surface roughness on NC Turning. The main research contents and achievements are as follows:1,The networked environment of turning simulation system was researched. Based on the ASP technologies, a web-based simulation system was build. The system based on VRML and Java technology and adopts B/S and C/S structure.2,The paper studies the translation technique of numerical control program, cutting tools compensation algorithm and material remove algorithm of work piece.3,For study of the surface roughness prediction method, this paper studied on the influence factors of machined surface roughness such as tool geometry parameters,feed,vibration.4,MATLAB based on windows is used as exploder tool, Imitate function and surface quality are designed, and the mathematics modeling is made. Also VRML Toolbox was used for achieved 3D surface simulation on network.
