Research On Physical Simulation Of Virtual NC Turning

NC turning is the most important machining method of modern times, it is currently the most widely used all over the world, so it's very useful to research the NC turning simulation as it has so much theory and practice meaning.This paper focuses on the method of modeling and has done some attempted research based on the foundation of the predecessors'achievement and the main contents are as follows:In view of cutting force and cutting temperature are the main influencing factors of physical factors to machining error of workpiece in turning, this paper achieves the prediction to the cutting force and cutting temperature with the use of VC program, and then analyses the error which comes from workpiece forced deformation, finally, raises the thinking of error compensation which provides a research method to improve prediction precision of simulation system.
