With fast development of eco-construetion, more and more Small-scaled urban scenery water-bodies appear in the city.The characteristics of small-scaled seenery wate rbodies, such as shallow depth, small area and distributed seale, result in poor ability to disturbance-resistance.Therefore, the water-bodies are easy to beeome entrophieand even "water-blooms"can happen, not only influeneing the landscape water body appreciation value, but also Polluting environment, increasing environmenta lrisk.It is of great significance to carry out the study of the small-scale scenic water in the current construction of urban ecology.Baffled activate carbon fiber membrane bioreactor (BMBR) is a new wastewater treatment technology which uses a combination of activated carbon fibers (ACFs) and fiberglass as a baffle. One of the functions of such a membrane subassembly is to work as a carrier for microbe, another is to be a baffle which changes current's direction, cause water come-and-go between baffles to bring on many big and small burbles come to being. Such structure can accelerate contact between bio-membrane and wastewater, and reduce cost of energy for aeration or mixing round.This study adopts the BMBR technology which uses the new carbon fiber as filler to purify the scenic water deeply,and aims at it's characteristics as follows:relatively low concentration of pollutants,unbalanced nutrient and the blocking water body. While in finding the optimal operating conditions, the process of processing performance and denitrification were studied. The following results shows:in the experiment's start-up phase, the artificial simulation of scenic water was used as a test of raw water, and the biofilm was incubated by the cultivatable pattern of adding sludge-aeration-consecutive flow, in the condition of water baffled-running, ACF is good for bio-membrane colonizing and after 5 days, the thickness of the bio-membrane can reached 2~3mm. at the same time, the microorganism changes with the producing of bio-film, bacterium was found in dominant, also, there are many ciliates protozoa such as vorticella, episyist and aspidisca etc, while the bio-film is mature comes with metazoa such as ritifer and nematode etc. When in such a condition:in the front of reactor is aerated, dissolved oxygen is about 3~3.3mg/L,the reflux ratio is 1:1,the hydraulic retention time is 3h, the removal of CODCr, ammonia nitrogen, turbidity, TP and TN come to 80%,80%,50%,81% and 40%, BMBR has a stable and good results in remove pollutants in long time and continuous operation;the best continuous reactor operating conditions is HRT for 3h, DO control in the 3~3.5mg/L, the influent C/N ratio in the 16, the reflux ratio is 1:1or so. the baffled membrane biofilm reactor characteristics was studied, the dry weight of biofilm is different along with the distance, the dry weight of biofilm decreases with the distance from the intake is increasing. By monitoring the distribution of DO,NO2-N,NH4+-N and NO3--N in the reactor along the way, the result that the reactor occurs simultaneous nitrification and denitrification was concluded.
