| Baffled activate carbon fiber membrane bioreactor(BMBR) is a new wastewater treatment technology which uses a combination of activated carbon fibers(ACFs) and fiberglass as a baffle. One of the function of such membrane subassembly is to work as a carrier for microbe, another is to be a baffle which changes current's direction, cause water come-and-go between baffles to bring on many big and small burbles come to being.Such structure can accelerate contact between bio-membrane and wastewater, and reduce cost of energy for aeration or mixing round. The whole experiment was divided into four aspects, and all have been done. They includes BMBR's startup and running way's choosing,single-factored tests, characteristic analyzing of bio-membrane and BMBR's dynamics model pilot study.Through above tests, following conclusions could be drew:in the condition of water baffled-running,ACF is good for bio-membrane colonizing and after 5 days, the thickness of the bio-membrane has reached 3~4mm.And after comparing the three operation forms, the form that aeration in the foreside of the reactor and water running in continuously with circumfluence is the suitable choice. The condition of dissolved oxygen 2.5mg/L,pH about neutral,C/N about 8,the flux of circumfluence 0.50L/min,hydraulic retention time 8h can be consider as the best parameter of the bioreactor system. And in this operating condition, the removal efficiency of NH3-N,TP, COD were above 60%,50%and 80%.Besides,it was proved that BMBR has a stable and good removal effect in a long-time running.Oxygen uptake rate and volatile part of bio-membrane, however, trends down firstly and then up.Through contrasting actual value and academic value, it shows that the dynamics model of BMBR is effective. |
