| The remote monitoring system is designed for oil well, which is based on two-way automatic communication system (TWACS), and it is suitable for the grid of current oil field. The scheme of this monitoring channel is low-cost and easy to install, and it need not add any extra equipments on high-voltage side, as well as, set up a special modulation transformer in substation. The design integrates the function of electrical monitoring and data transmission and the most important parts are DSP and A/D converter. With the digital signal processing algorithm, the functions such as test parameter, fault analysis and remote data transmission can be realized; according to the demand on automated management and operation characteristics of transformers and motors in oil field, the wavelet transform is adopted for measuring electrical parameters in monitoring equipment, which can improve the accuracy of the parameters acquisition and fault judgment. This device has been trailed in oil field and each parameter can meet the design index. |
