In recent years Kulun County has a big step in economic development, however, compared to overall its economic strength is still relatively weak, especially in the industrialization development. Currently the industrial economy in Kulun County is still in its infancy, such as there are few large projects, almost no industry chain and industry clusters, it is still an arduous task to promote Industrialization. This situation brought the challenges and opportunities to Kulun County for development in future. Economic lag for Kulun County is a very huge difficulty, but it is a good beginning that environmental pollution caused by industrial production is not serious.To get rid of poverty we must increase productivity and develop industrialization through a variety of ways. According to the existing conditions of the natural environment and economic development status, relying on the local characteristics and advantages in the field of primary industry, secondary industry and tertiary industry, Kulun county should construct cyclic economy, introduce the advanced technology, and adjust the industrial structure to maintain the balance and harmony between economy and environment in Kulun county.
