| Eutrophication is one of the main global water environmental problems of lakes in the world . The eutrophication is more seriously in Xingjiang– Mongolian plateau in recent years due to the global climate change and human activities ,and it has adverse impacts to the fragile ecosystem , production and living of the people around the lake ,It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring and managing of the water quality of the lakes .The conventional monitoring and sampling are time consuming ,high cost and difficult to cover all the indices of water quality in a lake .In comparison ,geostatistics has the advantages in optimizing of sampling measures ,non-consistent sampling and interpolating of the sapling date ,as well as in studying and predicting the spatial structure of georeferened variables.Geostatistics is applied to study the spatial variation of eutrophication element in the lake water and sediment.in Wuliangsuhai. A variety of interpolation methods were used and compared with each other ,the optimal one was determined .The sampleing data was analyzed and processedto the meet the requirements of geostatistics such as data normalization,non-stationary regionalized variables, theoretical variogram etc .were alculated and determined .Then, ordinary Kriging, co-kriging, universal kriging , coordination - universal kriging methods were applied to spatially interpolate and model the eutrophication elements. The accuracy and feasibility of spatial interpolation of the eutrophication elements were analyzed and compared with cross-validation method.In order to determine the relationship of eutrophication elements of water and sediment,the better fitted kriging interpolation methods were used to analyze the spatial variation of eutrophication elements .It was concluded that the accuracy of co-universal kriging is higher than other methods, Eutrophication element has a clear spatial trend that it is decreased from north to south, and consistent with the lake in the direction of water movement and the distribution of reeds and other plants.It is match with in the eutrophic sediment spatial distribution of elements and in the water in the same period.The results were analyzed and summarized;it is shown that the geostatiscs an be used in the eutrophicationproblems. |
