At present, the daily air quality is the most effective method of air quality management. Based on the air pollution distribution of the spatial structure in light of the characteristics of geostatistics principle, comparative analysis of several common air pollution spatial interpolation methods, the comparison drawn geostatistics Kriging interpolation method in the space of urban air pollution Analysis has obvious advantages, and on that basis, a comprehensive theory and GIS tools, using geostatistics, geographic information systems (GIS), Web technology and methods developed for urban air quality daily system applications, and detailed description of the overall framework of the system and use .NET process of establishing the system.The core theory for the system design is based on geostatistics, which is unlike ordinary statistical methods. Some statistical methods which were had developed can be used to qualitatively describe many natural phenomena inherent laws, and some can be used to quantitatively describe some specific issues.But the vast majority of statistical methods did not consider or use the information contained by the spacial position. The space variables we studying,such as the distribution of air pollution, the distribution of rainfall,vegetation coverage,and so on,in terms of space are associated,and this space continuity is the important characteristics of many natural phenomenon.Geostatistics provides the necessary theory and method to describe this space continuity.So the geostatistics which the system uses is a more reasonable method,and the results are more accurate.The Kriging interpolation method of geostatistics is used in This system.The air quality data which is measured by the air station of a certain city in China is used for spatial interpolation.By this way the forecast value to the small regional air pollution index is accessed and can make the error minimum between the actual true value,guarantee the accuracy of forecast data,provide the most effective data for the daily air quality.A set of air quality daily system will be developed based on the Kriging interpolation method of geostatistics which is applied to the spatial distribution of air pollution.It provides an effective tool for analysing the air pollution of every section location in urban fast and accurately and releasing the air quality status timely. It provides a new approach to forecast and manage the air quality status of urban for improving the content of science and technology and the level of decision-making.
