Weight-loss method is a classical corrosion research method, but the cycle time of corrosion is too long for oil field application, which's difficult to adapt the requirements of test of inhibitor application and rapid test of medium corrosion for the field production units. While electrochemical evaluation is a method, which not only can rapidly testing the corrosion rate of a particular time, but also can study the corrosion mechanism. So electrochemical evaluation method is used in this paper.The CS300 corrosion tester and CMB--4510A corrosion tester have be used to measure the corrosion rate of media in different conditions in this paper, and have be improved appropriately during the experiment.The results indicate that the data of CS300 and CMB--4510A, from the corrosion test in different concentrations of NaCl solution, has a poor reproducibility and big error, and can't true evaluate the corrosion of mediums, only can judge the corrosion trends of different concentrations of NaCl solution; The reproducibility of date from CMB--4510A is better than CS300 in the corrosive medium of CO2 partial pressure; In a 1%-2% hydrochloric acid medium, NaCl solution and the solution adding inhibitor of their, the corrosion data has a better reproducibility, can be applied to judge the corrosion and evaluate the inhibitor in this condition.
