In recent years, with China's economic development, the number of construction projects increase rapidly. At the same time, some problems which due to related construction norm lagging behind, lacking management experience also exposed along with the achievements, the accidents of public safety occurred frequently. The fire is the larger incidents of public safety which often brings the biggest damage, while the electric is often an important reason for the fire incident.The author analysis China's current electrical safety management situation deeply in this article, and concluded the problems in China's electrical safety management such as construction specifications imperfect,more security risk,lacking management experience,social governance systems inadequate and so on. The situation has brought great loss to society, highlighting the management of electrical safety research significance.There is two important aspects of electrical safety management:the quality management before electrical engineering hand over,the social Management and the enterprise management when the electrical engineering in use. the author details the characteristics of architectural engineering in decoration engineering,the main content of electrical safety management,main point of electrical engineering management in decoration engineering project. based on a comprehensive study of a variety quality management methods, the author introduced Six Sigma how to applied in decoration project management of electrical safety, conducting a study on theoretical research of Six Sigma, the author described a Six Sigma project detailed Which is main to reduce the Security risk in the decoration engineering of a department store. introduced the application mode of the Six Sigma DMAIC cycle,the main analytical tools, and attention of application. Through the theoretical study and the practical case demonstrates the Six Sigma method is feasible and effective in the management of electrical safety, the author also summarized the philosophy and methods in the architectural engineering and a similar process how to apply Six Sigma management.In light of the disadvantage of China's electrical safety management system and social governance systems, through the analysis of China's electrical engineering specifications,the conclusion of the management systems and the gap analysis with foreign electrical safety management, the author Proposed the direction of improvements and give the advice targeted to improve electrical safety management and social system governance.
