Because ultra-precision machining of the inner surface of bend pipe is difficult to realize, it becomes the bottleneck of ultra-precision processing technology and is highly concerned by the domestic and foreign scholars. In order to solve the problems of ultra-precision machining of bend pipe cavity surface, we need to find an effective way to achieve ultra-precision polishing to the inner surface of bend pipe to reduce the surface roughness of its inner cavity.In this thesis, on the basis of the comprehensive overview of pipe inner surface polishing technology at home and abroad,we studied bend pipe inner bore rotary jet polishing machining mechanism.Then,we developed a new type of polishing device,which is suited to the inner pipe hole finish machining and finishing, placed in the cavity of the workpiece, connected with flexible line's sphere rotating jet ultra-precision polishing head. And applying ANSYS Workbench Environment ANSYS BladeModeler, and ANSYS CFX and ANSYS TurboGrid and other modules, we conducted simulation to polishing process of the ultra-precision polishing device and conduct the principle experiments of ultra-precision polishing, Which validate the polishing device capable of ultra-precision polishing to cavity Surface of bend pipe and enables lowering the bend pipe inner surface roughness' purpose.
