This paper aiming at the problem of large soil adhesion resistance on touching soil parts surface and consuming a large number of energy due to adhesion, according to the present people's tests and theoretical research on stickiness-proof and self-cleaning and generalizing varieties of stickiness-proof and reducing resistance theories, put forward the research on laser etching plowshare iron and the surface bionics self-cleaning and stickiness-proof. Basing on physics-chemistry and bionics theory, put forward the above major study method from two aspects about the change of bionic surface roughness etched plowshare iron by laser and its change of contact angle with water .From a large number of self-cleaning plant leaves, choosing super-hydrophobic plant leaves as a bionic model of lotus leaves. Analyze the self-cleaning principle of lotus leaves, drawn the mainly reason of self-cleaning due to the surface micro / nano-structure and the synergy of plant wax. Basing on the lotus leaf bionic self-cleaning model, make kinds size of lotus leaf blades under pictures scanning electron microscope, use the appropriate image edge operator (Sobel operator) to collect micro / nano meter information of the lotus leaf blade as a source image of laser etching plowshare iron with different images threshold.Plowshare iron is the main components of agricultural farming material. In the tests select the plowshare iron (hydrophilic material) as a pilot test material, use machine tools to cut and polish the surface of plowshare iron in order to increase the reliability and comparability of tests. After laser etching plowshare iron orthogonal test, measure and analyze surface roughness eight main parameters of them that are the outline of arithmetical average (Ra), ten-dot height and outline maximum height micro-roughness (Rz), the surface outline maximum height(Ry), maximum peak of surface outline(Rp), average space micro-roughness outline (Sm), supporting length ratio of outline(tp), outline of single peak average space (S), deflection of outline(Sk). Attain the Surface roughness histogram of them. Comparatively analyze the eight main parameters of the surface roughness between the etched and original plowshare iron roughness, analyze the trend and the reasons of their change.Through orthogonal experiment with mixed factors L24 (61×41×23) find the best technology of stickiness-proof and self-cleaning on etched plowshare iron, determine the contact angle between them and pure water drop, gain the optimal combination of factors of test levels. Analyze detected contact angles using the data processing software and the formula of orthogonal experimental principle,acquire significant differences and variances between the factors and the levels of test, explore the optimal combination of the reducing maximum value of contact angle: the 6th level of factor x (1 ), the 2nd level of factor x (2), the 2nd level of factor x (3), the 1st level of factor x (4) , the 2nd level of factor x (5) ; the minimum combination of contact angle: the 1st level of factor x (1),the 4th levels of factor x (2), the 2nd level of factor x (3), the 1st level of factor x (4), the 2nd level of factor x (5) . The contact angle is influenced great by the etching Micro / Nano-threshold image.Comparative Analyze the results of (L1645) orthogonal tests with three multi-factor regression model, draw the most appropriate regression model, and come to their regression graphs and regression equation. Simulate the water film formation conditions at the time of tillage parts touching soil, tested the optimal combination of etching Plowshare Steel surface contact angle. The biggest test combination of the contact angle is 75.50°.comparison contact angle of the largest contact angle (64.75°) increase by 10.25°. Stickiness-proof is effectiveHave a Comparative cleaning test on the etched plowshare iron surface. With two cleaning methods great influence the results of detecting contact angle. Show that the surface free energy of plowshare is directly impacted on the cleanliness level. Because cleaning agent is a surfactant, the introduction and residues of surfactant directly reduce the surface free energy plowshare iron. Plowshare iron dripped in organic solvents ethanol, the contact angle values have been appropriately reduced. The value of the former 11 groups reduces by about 10 . The maximum value of the following 4 groups reduces by19.75 . Above results show that we can study further stick resistance on the coated plowshare iron.
