With the development of CNC machine tools in higher speed and higher precision, machine tool's precision and the reliable request is proposed in a higher request, Not only one of hot focus is research on the dynamic characteristic and the thermal characteristics of machine tool, but also they are one of efficacious devices witch can enhances machine tool's precision. Taking the reach on structure principle of CNC cutting machine tool as the background, the structure dynamics analysis and the thermal analysis are carried in this paper, and the reasonable structure optimization plan is brought forward. Accordingly working precision is obviously improved.Firstly, the survey of the developments of Sino-foreign inner gear tool and the dynamics characteristics as well as the thermal characteristics of machine tool is summarized. Also concrete methods which can reduce thermal deformation are advanced.Secondly, this article introduces the work principle and structure of CNC machine tool, and progresses cutting experiment's debugging and precision analysis.Thirdly, this paper uses 3-D design method to establish the machine tool's model, set up a virtual assembly of CNC machine tool's key parts.Finally, this article reaches the dynamics characteristics of the key parts using finite element analysis software and carries on the optimization to lathe bed's structure. Based on heat transfer theory, the thermal characteristics of headstock and feeding system are researched and the grinding heat is the primary factor which affects thermal deformation. |
