Study On Classification And Management For Major Hazard Installations

The major hazards and supervise technology classification are not only the signified method to prevent the major industrial accident occurring, but also the premise of the major hazards control and management. The major hazards identification standard is the warrant of identifying the major hazards, the results can be actual and objective surely by using the applicable and scientific appraisal method. However, there are a series of problems like the marks which are not unified, the classification which is not clear, the lack of research for the foreign advanced technology and the management which is not standard, especially the risk chemical materials, one of the national major hazards at present.Therefore, this thesis regards the classification and management of the national major hazards facilities as the research objects, reviews the appraisal methods of major hazards facilities classification particularly,and the model of dangerous chemical materials major hazards risk assessment and classification is constructed with synthesizing all kinds of methods ,according to the major hazards classification standard in china ,on this basis, a deep investigation related to the supervision tactics and method of the major hazards has been carried on. Finally, the analysis of a real case—one petro-chemical corporation tests the preceding theory achievement perfectly.
