Increasing people's quality of life with the progress of social development, however, social development and environmental protection is a contradiction body, how healthy and orderly, sustainable development is the primary problem in our country at this stage.Mining subsidence deformation research and mining is closely related to people's lives, and even the developments of the national economy also have important significance. In order to minimize the result of mining subsidence as a result of the negative impact of mining subsidence, we must study the law and control technology to enable the process of mining subsidence of the situation. There will be a correct forecast, the mining would cause environmental damage make the right impact assessment. In the past few decades, China's mining subsidence in these areas workers formed a more perfect theory of mining subsidence, the mining subsidence is expected to law studies, analysis of computer software has also made great achievement, and however, these software products are not fully taking advantage of some off-the-shelf development environment.
