| Polyarylester has been known as one of the high performance thermoplastic polymers and were widely used in the high-tech and domestic industry areas for their good transparent capability,ultraviolet hielding,low flammability,excellent tear strength and the dart impact intensity,surface hardness and creep resistant.This dissertation contains two parts as follows:1.Series of novel polyarylesters were synthesized by interfacial polycondensation using bisphenol A(BPA) and bisphenol S(BPS),paraphthaloyl chloride(TPC) and isophthaloyl chloride(IPC) as monomers.Copolymers were characterized by fourier infrared spectrum(FT-IR),proton nuclear magnetic resonance(~1H NMR) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results show that the amorphous transparent polyaryleters have high inherent viscosity in the range of 1.14~1.37,glass transition temperature(T_g) in the range of 186.9~199.6℃and melting temperature in the range of 275~345℃by optimizing the synthesized process. The film made by method of solvent casting,the tensile strength is at the range of 59~66MPa,elastic modulus in the range of 1.04~1.09GPa,elongation at beak between 34%and 35%.The green-technique is convenient and the solvent easy to be recycled,which is attributed to industrial application.2.The purer diphenylterephthalate(DPT)/diphenylisophthalate(DPI) were synthesized by interfacial reaction of paraphthaloyl chloride(TPC)/isophthaloyl chloride(IPC) with Phenol and Sodium hydroxide in the presence of a phase transfer catalyst.The DPT's melting point was at the range of 203.1~203.9℃with yield 98.3%,and the DPI's melting point was at the range of 140.8~141.7℃with yield 98.5%.The green-technology which is attributed to industrial application is very temperated and simple while the solvent and catalyst can be recycled. |
