| Polyvinyl chloride(PVC)is widely used in many daily life fields such as building materials,industrial products,daily necessities,packaging films,and fibers.Since phthalates,the plasticizers most used in PVC,are harmful to health and the environment,many laws and regulations have restricted their use in food,medicine,toys and other fields.People urgently need green alternatives to ortho-benzene plasticizers.Existing green plasticizers such as epoxy soybean oil and chlorinated fatty acid methyl esters,have more straight chains in the structure,higher degree of unsaturation of molecular segments,and lower relative molecular mass,which makes them easier to migrate in PVC.Therefore,this article mainly uses industrial grade chlorinated fatty acid methyl ester and epoxy fatty acid methyl ester as the main raw materials to improve the migration resistance of the plasticizer in PVC by preparing a plasticizer with a micro-crosslinked network structure.1)Construct a polyurethane multiple micro-crosslinked network structure in the continuous phase of epoxy fatty acid methyl ester and chlorinated fatty acid methyl ester to prepare migration resistant plasticizer(CP).The effects of different polyester plasticizers,solvents,polyurethane curing agents,chlorinated fatty acid methyl ester content and CP plasticizer usage on the performance of plasticizer products were studied.The experimental results show that when using polyester plasticizer A,DPMA as cosolvent,MDI prepolymer as crosslinking curing agent,and the content of chlorinated fatty acid methyl ester is 88%,the obtained CP plasticizer can completely replace ortho-benzene plasticizers.A torque rheometer,a thermogravimetric analyzer,and a tensile and compression tester were used to test the application performance of the PVC film modified with CP plasticizer.The results show that when CP plasticizer is used alone as the main plasticizer,the modified PVC film has excellent heat resistance,flexibility and thermal aging resistance.The mobility of CP in liquid medium and solid medium is respectively 15.07% and 4.4%2)The solution polymerization method is used to synthesize a hydroxy acrylic resin prepolymer(HAP)containing a pyridine structure,and polymerize it into the micro-crosslinking network of the plasticizer,thereby obtaining an environmentally friendly plasticizer(AUCP)with a UV-resistant micro-crosslinking structure.In the research,explore the effect of different monomer ratios,initiator dosage and HAP dosage on the performance of plasticizers.The research results show that the elongation at break and tensile strength of AUCP plasticized PVC film are higher than CP,and the Young’s modulus is the lowest,showing more excellent flexibility;AUCP’s PVC membrane has high water absorption rate and smaller static water contact angle,showing better hydrophilicity;the yellowing value after artificial accelerated aging is 8.23,and the anti-ultraviolet ability is significantly improved. |
