Abstract/Summary:
In this paper, ultrasonic extraction technology and high-performance liquid chromatography was used to detect three kinds of aromatic amines in plastic bottle, and the migration behavior of aromatic amines in plastic bottle at different time and different temperatures was studied. It provides a new simple, accurate method to strengthen the aromatic amines effective detection and monitoring, and it has great significance on the promotion of food safety and protection of human health. The extraction solvents, dosage, and extraction time were optimized. The results showed that 20 mL of dichloromethane was added to 0.50 g plastic samples, extracted 30 rain with ultrasonic.the amount of aromatic amine was the largest.Optimized the wavelength of UV detection, mobile phase and pH,we established a method of aromatic amines which were detected by high performance liquid chromatography. The linear range of the calibration curve was 5.47μg mL-1-15 ppm with r2>0.99.This method is simple, accurate, rapid, and low detection line without the characteristics of derivatives. So it can avoid the detection problems of the traditional method with using gas chromatography.Using the establishment of experimental methods,we selected seven plastic mineral water bottles of the market and determined the content of three aromatic amines in this material. The experimental results showed that plastic packaging of mineral water contained only one of the aromatic amines(2,6-diaminotoluene) with the high quantity: 35.30 mg g-1,37.83 mg g-1,17.13 mg g-1,16.40 mg g-1,18.93 mg g-1,15.81 mg g-1,23.47 mg g-1.the result Indicated that the existence of 2,6-diaminotoluene in plastic bottle.Migrate test detected the amount of aromatic amine which migrated to the mineral water with different time and different temperature. The results show that the amount of aromatic amines increased with store temperature and store time. After 200 days,it reached 23.12μg kg-1,25.14μg kg-1,25.61μg kg-1,which beyond the EU minimum standard of 20μg mL-1.They must exist packaged mineral water bottles of security issues.
