Sand production is the sand carried by the fluid in oil wells in oilrecovery. And it is one of the hard problems to dispose in oil production. As two paragraphs of sands beating shengtuo Oil-field main force oil layer, enter very high water exploitation scheduled time, year by year come down and water ceaselessness being accompanying the stratum energy rises , the oil layer produces the grit more and more common. And it exists in the middle or later period production of the old oil fields in our country. Sand production prediction is important because of the safety, environmental, and operational concerns involved when produced sand particles fill and plug the well bore, erode down-hole and surface equipment, and increase operating expense. Owing to lack research in sand mechanism, it is sightless in production practice, though all production plants devoted many manpower and material resources in sand control, growing up a system of sets of sand prevention technology, and making great progress in the field. So it is very necessary to enhance research sanding due to rock destroyed around shot hole. Aiming at sand produce in the weak cementation reservoir in Shengtuo Oil-Field easily, the data of six core holes in three tracts is analyzed. The three-axis tension tests is made by simulating the reservoir condition, and gained the important data. Though the analysis of the experiment data we establish a regressive model between rock strength and well depth and sound wave time difference. In the meantime, sanding mechanism of perforation completion is analyzed considering the wall rock stress field around well bore effect on the stability of the perforation hole, and two sand prediction theoretic model is established, and analyzed the reliability of the model at the same time. Gained the critical production pressure difference and the critical output by the model. And the calculation results will help to make recovery project in the high water cut period, and will be in favor of enhancing economic benefit. The thesis analyzes Shahejie Shengtuo Oil-field sand formation and the laws of the sand ,at the same time sums up the major environmental challenges of sand control technology at present, Established the idea of sand production is forecast to be the premise of stabilizing sand, sand-based, combined with solid defense, gives concrete proposals on the next sand-control technique of Shengtuo Oil-Field.
