The principal contradiction of unconsolidated sandstone reservoir is sand production,so sand production process research and development is important to the unconsolidated sandstone exploitation,Domestic anti-sand process has developed for over ten years,Liaohe oilfield, Shengli oilfield,Dagang oilfield have already done a lot of work in the oil well anti-sand, it has indeed improved the technology of anti-sand process. Now it has already obtained three system oild well gas anti-sand technology.They are mechanic anti-sand process,chemical anti-sand process,complex anti-sand processsYingtai Hedging oilfield is a typical unconsolidated sandstone reservoir,There are opening24wells, the well daily fluid output is49tons,the daily oil output is12tons.The output of the oil well decreases greatly after it has gone through shakeout cold production development.Later it started to steam injection,burning etc thermal recovery,the well sand shakeout is severely,the main characteristic is low fluid, high water content. So low fluid output and weak sand-carrying causes mass shaft interior sand piled up, it influenced the screw pump well oil recovery efficiency,workover low period serious restricted the Hedging oilfield production.The program aim is above practical situation,try to research the anti-sand matching process,prolonging the work over intervals come true, improving oil recovery efficiency, it is significant to the hedging stable production.
