In view of developing actuality of measurement while drilling home and abroad and the need of development of the field. This paper carries out a research into the measurement of well-engineering parameters (drilling pressure,torque,temperature,pressure,shake)and introduces the process of well-engineering parameters measuring device designing and the course of soft ware andhardware debugging. The system makes use of the ripe MCU technology and expands the micro-signal regulator module, large capacity memories, serial communication module and diferent kind of voltagere gulators around the MCU to finish the design of system in the laboratory.The measurement system consists of down hole transducer,microcontroller,signal regulator circuits,flash memory and high energy battery. The system can work automatically under the command of surface operator. This paper chooses high performance transducers which are fit for down hole complex environment and design distribution of strain gauge . Based on the dynamical properties of drill collar and the relationship between stress and strain, a measurement model has been put forward, and an experimental model has been set up. The correlations among WOB and TOB were mainly solved through the measurement model. phase-lock and amplification technique is applied to weak signals process in detail and a electric circuit of processing weak signals from measurement of drilling pressure and torque near-the-bit is designed. it could effectively separate weak narrow-band signals from the mess of noise and reduce noise and interfere mixed on the weak signals .The system adopts new high accuracy microcontroller-ADuC848,which has many features such as high precision 16-bit A/D converter, data transmission and storage on real time, the highest run temperature 125℃,low power and high Integration.Last using experimental model in the laboratory, hardware system was tested and software system was debugged, then the system was made running test. All the testing and running results achieved the prospective aim of design.
