| Slag locking valve is a particularly important device in the coal chemical industry,manufacturers need to do life tests when new products leave the factory.In the process of life test,it is necessary to simulate its working environment,that is,the environment of producing high temperature and high pressure solid,liquid and steam mixtures,in this process,cold water,cold air and other media need to be circulated for many times,wasting energy.The original scheme was to use a plunger pump to fill the heating booster tank with water and hit the pressure to the set pressure and start heating,which caused a serious waste of water and electricity.In this paper,the control methods of temperature,pressure and water injection during the life test of slag locking valve are studied,so as to realize the purpose of reducing water injection and saving water resources under the condition of meeting the temperature and pressure of the life test system of slag locking valve.The main research contents include:1.According to the life test content of the slag locking valve,the life test system of the slag locking valve is designed.Including upper computer,lower computer.And the on-site debugging was carried out,which proved that it fully met the functional requirements of the manufacturer.Among them,the upper computer provides a good human-computer interaction environment for the operator,and can realize the setting and display of parameters such as pressure,temperature and time online.2.Analyze the process of obtaining high temperature and high pressure solid-liquid vapor by the slag locking valve life test system,based on the gas-liquid two-phase flow theory,use the fluent software to simulate and analyze the relationship between water injection,temperature and pressure,and obtain the data of water injection,temperature and pressure.3.Establish a BP neural network model through the obtained data of water injection,temperature and pressure,which is used to predict the amount of water injection under the set temperature and pressure.Breaking the situation of filling the original scheme with water,only a certain amount of water needs to be injected to reach the required temperature and pressure,saving water resources and electricity.4.Through field tests,it is verified that the requirements of temperature and pressure are met while reducing water consumption. |
