Fuyang formation in northern Songliao Basin is a low-permeability reservoir; Poreous low-pressure formation, leakage formation, and induced crack formation are existed together. There are long cementing section, multi-pressure layer, complexed pressure system, loss of layer, high-pressure layer, and so on in the same borehole, the contradiction of pressure stability and leakage protection makes cementing operation very difficult,which is not easy to guarantee the quality of cementing.This paper aims to cementing challenges to development well in Fuyang reservoir, on the basis of analysis of channeling in the annulus and loss during cementing, and requirement of protecting reservoir in low-permeability oil fields, carry out the study on cementing technologies such as anti-channeling, leak protection and cementing design optimization. As for leakage protection cementing technology, perform the studies and applications of the low-density high-strength cement slurry system and leak protection toughening fiber slurry system; as for anti-channeling cementing technology, carry out the development and application of low-loss micro-expanding anti-channeling cement slurry system. On the basis of the above studies, develop cementing design software to optimize the program, which become a set of technology to improve cementing quality of a low permeability reservoir of Daqing Oilfield to further meet the needs of oil field production.
