After cyclic steam injection in heavy oil reservoir, steam flood production is the inevitable thermal recovery stage for future increasing oil recovery factor. It's one of important replace technologies of transforming development method of heavy oil.However, for multilayer heavy oil reservoir, because all layers exist physical property difference and commingled injection and commingled production in early stage, all layers produce disproportionation and aggravate steam overlap and monolayer breakthrough. These cause vertical sweep efficiency of steam flood reduced and finally effect recovery emotion. Therefore, developpling research on separate layer steam flood technology is an important method of reducing interlayer interference while injecting, increasing longitudinal producing extent of oil layer and steam flood emotion.The programme adopt the way of combining with theoretical research and actual production. Through available data of oil field, come up with computational method of pressure distribution and dryness fraction distribution in pit shaft to process separate layer steam flood's design of heavy oil well and analyze well's injection behaviour and influential factors. At the same time, inspect agreement of theory and actual separate layer steam distribution through large numbers of ground test data, and put forward necessary steam distribute calculation dependence and adjustment correction dependence in later stage to direct regulation of separate layer steam flood's steam distribution in field. On these bases, we succeed in developing process string for separate layer steam flood. The process string can not only satisfy separate layer steam distribution technology's requirement, but also can adjust steam distribution without moving the string according to test result to reach ideal separate layer steam flood technology's requirement.
