Long-distance Natural Gas Pipeline Design Of Harbin

Natural gas has been used more and more widely as a green and efficient energy. The source of fuel gas of the city is converting from coal gas, liquefied petroleum gas into natural gas. At present, our country's city gas industries are booming and the projects of long-distance natural gas pipeline construction are becoming more and more.In this paper, based on the 2008-2020 Harbin natural gas data provided by "the Overall Planning of Natural Gas in Harbin", according to the national standards and norms, designed the Harbin long-distance natural gas pipeline. Then proposed the approaches of enhancing transportation capacity after establishing the function between the flow and pressure, diameter and length; chose methods and diameter gas peak shaving; determined the transmission process and the main station process equipment. In view of the geographical characteristics of Harbin, determined the long-distance gas pipeline routes, laying methods and through obstacles methods and anti-corrosion methods; chose the appropriate level of pipeline materials by calculation. Finally, carried out the pipeline Strength calculation and checking.
