The experiment be performed using the vacuum immersion dyeing processing of bamboo filament of Ph. edulis A. et C. Riv, the chromaticity of whose surface were measured and some factors were studied. This paper discusses the dyeing dynamics at different degree of vacuum. The results based on Single factor test indicated that temperature, consistency and time of the dyeing bamboo filament have a greater impact on chromaticity, but neither the degree of vacuum. The results based on orthogonal test proves that the consistency and temperature have an obvious effect on color difference value. Neither the pH.Through the scanning electron microscopy on the dyed bamboo at the different degree of vacuum with C .I. Acid. Red 73, We conclude: As the vacuum increases, the layer of dyed cell wall of the bamboo basic organizational has been thickened and the pits dimension have been binger; lots of were found in the dyed bamboo which were processed at atmospheric pressure and -0.07MPa of degree of vacuum, but none at -0.07MPa of degree of vacuum. The results from the dyeing dynamics suggest that: during the initial stage of dyeing, with the improve of degree of vacuum, the dye concentration in the bamboo is increasing; after dyeing equilibrium, the dye concentration has the same rule, but the highest degree of vacuum, at which it has the minimum concentration; it takes 45min~60min to achieve dyeing equilibrium with C .I. Acid. Red 73, and it takes 30min with C.I.Basic.Violet.10,...
