The hybrid tulip (Liriodendron Chinese ×L. tulipifera)trees grow quickly, the pole of which is big and straight, have a fast-growing characteristic, are the optimal roadside trees and the botanical garden trees. At present, the breeding and the cultivation of the hybrid tulip trees had the long history and had a big scale, specially the project team led by Nanjing forestry university Assistant Director Professor Shi Jisen had the new breakthrough in the breeding technology aspect recently, the seedling restriction choke point was already solved, south, in recent years the hybrid tulip trees had started to become the afforestation trees in mountainous areas and the plain areas. But the nature and the processing character of this kind of lumber and, the main utilizing direction has not been studied thorough and systematically, which affects the people's enthusiasm in planting hybrid Chinese tulip trees. In order to utilize the hybrid tulip tree timber efficiently, enhance the economy and the social benefit of the hybrid tulip tree lumber , this thesis has studied the influence factors and the optimized condition of the hybrid tulip trees lumber plywood quality under the subsidization and the instruction of Assistant Director Shi Jisen, taking the hybrid tulip tree veneer as test material and selecting the acid dyes and the reactive dyes, studied on the relations of the veneer absorption and the dyeing craft, and the influence of the dyeing craft conditions to the wood color parameters and the chromatic aberration of dyeing veneer, researched in the dyeing craft technology of the hybrid tulip trees imitating the black walnut and so on American cherry, draw the conclusion as follows:The living lumber of the hybrid tulip trees can be used in revolving on lathe cuts, also adopt the water to soak processing. When revolving the hybrid Chinese tulip trees on lathe cuts, the grind angle is 21.5°, clearance angle is 2° approximately. In the experimental sector of this research, along with thermo-compression temperature rising, The plywood agglutination intensity starts to rise gradually, when 110 ℃ achieving the maximum, afterwards slowly drops; Along with the thermo-compression time and the rubber quantity reduction, the agglutination intensity reduces; Along with the pressure heightening, the agglutination intensity rises gradually, achieves the maximum, then starts slowly to drop. The good craft is the thermo-compression temperature 110℃, thermo-compression pressure 0.9MPa, thermo-compression time 0.8min/mm (thick), the rubber quantity 300g/m~2 (two-sides).The dyed hybrid Chinese tulip trees veneer by four kinds of dyes, the quantity of dying rises or are the undulation trend of escalation, along with the dye liquor density enhancement. Along with time lengthening or the temperature rising, the quantity of dying of four kinds of dyes presents the undulation change or undulation increasing in the few scopes. Under the same craft condition, the quantity of dying of the reactive dyes to veneer is higher than that of the acid dyes.The research ,using 4 kinds of dyes , with 4 kinds of dye liquors densities(0.01~0.15%),...
