Convection of water pollution in the Yellow River region has an important impact on the socio-economic, whether for drinking or industrial water supply can not be separated from the Yellow River. In recent years, the Yellow River water pollution situation is grim, according to the results of all monitoring sections showed that the Yellow River are under a variety of pollutants in the destruction of nature, mainly industrial and agricultural wastewater. Dynamic monitoring of the Baotou Section of the Yellow River water pollution, on the one hand, can understand the different stages of the river above the main pollution sources and pollutants. They were important for environmental management and pollution controlling. On the other hand, environmental protection and rational decision-making need to accurately report water pollution,A comprehensive understanding of both the Baotou Section of the Yellow River water pollution situation, as well as the environmental sector to develop reasonable measures of protection provided. This article has been monitoring the three countries Baotou Section of the Yellow River monitoring sections, Zhaojun grave section, yingzi painters section, Dengkou section from 2004 to 2006. Through different sections about a total of three years of water quality data, different hydrological period the water quality of various methods of comparison, the Yellow River has been identified in the water phase, water period between interannual changes in the Baotou Section of the Yellow River water quality and water phase change. A comprehensive understanding of the Dengkou - the Yellow River will be open cross-strait status quo sewage, sewage soil youqi enterprises the status quo, to determine the Tuyouqi exit section will be open and dynamic analysis of cross-section leading to pollution of the driving force for the status quo.
