In this paper,on the base of researching and analyzing the well profile of complex deep wells at home and abroad, in view of development tendency of deep well profile design,detailed analysis and research on complex situations encountered in CHE66 region which is the main exploratory area of Chexi deep zone in Shengli oil field, studys the rock property,pressure profile and formation characteristics and generalizes the dilling technology difficulty of this area and engineering resolvent. The initial well profile series of CHE66 region including the rationality and limitation when they are used under complex geologic conditions are evaluated and analyzed. By means of associating with well profile optimization technique, utilizing computational solution of conventional well profile design method which is from below to above, referring to the philosophy of well profile design method from above to below, and using Combination seal points from the middle to both sides casing design,this paper gives the determination of reasonable casing string,reasonable casing setting depth interval and principle. At the same time this paper recommends the new well profile series aiming at fast and excellent dilling of complex and deep well in CHE66 region.The optimization of non-conventional well profile series and research on assorted technology are involved here. This paper accomplishes the research of such technologies as reaming technique with drilling,mud support technique,leak resistance and sealing technique,packed hole drilling technique,casing protection technique,well completion and cementing technique, and then the well profile and assorted technology scheme which are suit for complex and deep well of CHE66 region in Shengli oil field are developed.Deep well drilling field test and applications in CHE66 region, achieved good results.The gradual formation of a mature complex structure of the Deep and Ultra-Deep depth series with a guide.
