Influenced by the energy crisis and the greenhouse effect,Vortex machine came into being in 1970s.After years of research and development,Vortex machine are more widely use in refrigerating compressors,turbochargers,liquid pumps,engines,expanders and vacuum pumps etc for its high efficiency,low vibration and noise and simple structure.As the core components of Vortex machine,scroll profile's design and machining precision can directly effect the working efficiency and property of scroll compressors.In compression ratio and vortex plate size for the known conditions,parametric design method of combined votrtex disk type line by the,"circle involute-high time curve-arcline"is established.The design software system of scroll combination line is writer.Based on the principle of minimum deviation method,NC interpolation algorithm under polar coordinates is established in order to design combination of X,C axis linkage line.The five-axis linkage machine tool post-processing mathematical formula is deduced and the processing macro program writen.Based on VERICUT the nc machining simulation software system of five-axis linkage machine tool is developed.On the independent development of five-axis linkage CNC machine line processing of orbiting scroll combination experiment was carried out,Results show that design method and processing method of the vortex disk combination line established in this paper is effective.
