Jilin oil field is water injection to be production oil field at earlier history, as low permeability and fracture development, its reservoir shows anisotropic layer at vertical and plane layer, so injection water would be channeling and fingering along fracture. When composite water cut of oil field and oil well are higher, reservoir is still survival plenty of oil production .although the oil is available to be produced by EOR methods ,to increase recovery ratio , but its cost is usually more higher , its efficiency isn't obvious at small oil layer's thickness and low abundance,complex geology environment condition . That is very important treatment that Profile control and water shut off improve survival water under ground and waterflood efficiency , slowdown two of decline in oil field of higher water content , to increase waterflood development , it had already became a important technology to control water and stable oil production .Profile control and water shutoff technology in Jilin oil field at recent years is focus in this paper. Based on witness project and reading literature and collected associated information , this paper first introduce geology and development status of jilin oil field , conclusion is gotten to develop P C and W S , it is decided by anisotropic and low permeability characteristic ; then discoursed upon their status in local and abroad, from this chapter we can clearly know it will be mainly trend that to research deep fluid turnaround at higher water pilot site and develop cheapness selectivity water shutoff technology ; meanwhile introduced profile control history of Jilin oilfield's twenties years development , its mainly was caved up three phase , and introduced its duration from beginning of research and exploring phase to present of improved maturing phase ; it is major section that talked about their achievement and experience at present , seven profile control systems and five water shutoff technologies, improvement mating treatment process and decision of profile control ect ; then construed their weakness ; for Fuyu oil filed example , introduced to design and execute plenty of dosage profile control project , this method will be aim and trend in Jilin oilfield .
