In china, a quarter of all the proven reserves is low permeability reservoir. How to develop low permeability reservoir efficiently is of great significance. At present, almost all the oil fields adopt water flooding to keep the pressure of the low permeability reservoir. But which well pattern and inject-product system adopted can make the best development effect is always what people concerns about. The determination of reasonable development mode can cut down investment and improve the development efficeiency and economic benefit of the whole oil field. Therefore, it is great significance to evaluate the inject-product system reasonably.Based on the development history of Xing Anling reservoir in Suderte Oil-Field, this article summarized the experiences and problems occurred in the development of oilfield and analyzed the main existing problems and the principal reasons during the waterflooding. The formation of Xing Anling groups is tuff layer, the mechanism of water sensitivity and the effect of solid stablizator was analyzed in this paper. Drawing lessons from the evaluation methods for low permeability reservoir, fuzzy mathematics and principle of hierarchy analysis, we created corresponding evaluation standard to evaluate inject-product system. On the basis of the conclusion evaluated, we studied technical-limitation including the effective displacing system, the well pattern adaptability, the proper injection pressure, the right flowing pressure and so on. By the results, we put forward reperforate, optimize well pattern and separated zone water injection to improve development effect. Numerical simulation method was used to forecast the results from adjustment. The research of the development technical-limitation offered effective technical support for the further development and adjustment of Xing Anling reservoir.
