The paper systematically studies the geologic feature of Budart burial hill in Sudeerte oil field, including the features of structure, layer, deposit and reservoir. It analyzes the oil temperature system and oil pressure system, and also systematically evaluates the layer pressure change, the producing fluid level change, the natural energy and the fringe water and bottom water energy.In Budart burial hill, based on the analysis of burial hill feature and energetic system, it makes the well test and the production test , and also analyzes the feature of the wells test and production test. From these analysis, it makes the following conclusions: most of the wells have a low deliverability, and the deliverability differs greatly between lumps and wells; it terribly shorts of energy and has a poor stable production; the apply of cut plane is disproportional, and the productive ability of layer differs greatly; although the water content of well is common, the entirety is at a low level, and the regularity is unclear.Through the analysis of the features of well test and production test, it further makes the flood developmental field experiment in bei 12th region. Before the experiment it makes design of injection test. It designs that developmental layer series adopt one layer system development; injection strategy adopts the method of combination of side-bottom injection and inside-bottom injection; the injection ratio of balance injection adopts 1.0; the prime input rate of voidage balance adopts 48m3, the average daily water injection rate of a single well is 12 m3; it also designs that deliverability defines the deliverability(4.0 - 5.0 t) of a stable single well in bei 12 region of Budart burial hill oil reservoir. Through the flood developmental field experiment in bei 12 region, it concludes that from the reconstruction of reservoir, the extremely low penetration split burial hill reservoir can realize water-blood development; adopting edge and biotope bottom water injection, oil well can see the water-flood response. But it can also reflect the bad communication of split and the low absorbing capacity of the water input well. The simple bottom water injection of oil layer cannot meet the need of voidage balance; the flexible area injectional pattern well network also suits such oil reservoir, but in order to make good use of gravity force and enhance the displacemental efficiency, the water injection interval has better to be near the bottom; the main factors which can influence the water injection effect are the developmental degree and connective condition of split. Basically, the inside fault cannot dissuade the water-blood injection.
