This is a try to use VR technology in the field of Basiceducation.In this Paper, under a bases of a detailed analysis of the three-dimensional virtual learning environment development,theoretical foundation and related technologies,I focus on the development environment,technology and development process of the three-dimensional virtual chemical experiment platform,and also devolope some instructional design case.In the part of exordium, the main content is the existing virtual learning environment;In the theoretical part,I focus on the virtual Instructional Design under the guidance of constructivism;In the part of technologyand development,I focus on the OpenGL technology,and describe the mapping of virtual instrument,apparatus group,material systems,and so on.
