| The super liquor absorbent polymer basing on lignocellulose have advantages of materials abundant, further process convenient and envieriment friendly, which attract many investigators. The high liquor absorbent materials from bleached softwood pulp and high oil absorbent materials from bleached softwood pulp and TMP were synthesizied. The synthesizied products were characterized by FTIR,SEM,XRD and TG. The results show that:1. Using KPS as initiater, Span-60 as dispersant, N,N'-Methylenebisacrylamide as crosslinking and cyclohexane as reaction medium can graft crylic acid onto cellulose successfully. The products have high water absorbent property; When the weight ratio of monomer to fiber at 7:1, it can get high absorbency farinose products; while the weight ratio of monomer to fiber at 5:1, it can get high water absorbent fiber.2. The products have high and fast velocity water absorbent property; The fiber also have good water-keeping and reiterate water absorbent property.3. Fe2+-H2O2-TD system can initiate Methyl Methacrylate graft onto bleached softwood pulp successfully and effectively; Graft percent was always above 90%. In certain condition, the graft percent can reach 99%; The oil absorbent property of products was always keep above 10g/g; Some condtions can reached the highest level of 17.5g/g and fibre modality keep well.4. Fe2+-H2O2-TD system can initiate Methyl Methacrylate graft onto TMP pulp successfully and effectively and the graft percent was always above 80%; In certain condition, the graft percent can reach 91%; The oil absorbent property of modified products to 0# diesel oil was always about 18g/g; while to Cyclohexane was always about 14g/g.5. FTIR spectra proved that the graft reaction finished successfully; SEM found that the surface of products had PMMA; XRD results showed that crystal area had been damaged and the crystal percent descended; TG and DTG results showed that the modification treatment had effects on heat stability and max weightlessness velocity of products. |
