Research Of The Ecological Compensation Of The Shiyang River

As the ecological environment problems are becoming serious nowadays,studyof the ecological environment protection takes even more important place. Andecological compensation, as one of the most effective methods,is at the forefront ofresearch into the ecological environment economics.In this article the research accomplishments and development of ecologicalcompensation in and abroad are first summarized. Then the main problems of research in this article is pointed out, the standards for ecological compensation,which is the the most difficult problems to solve. Chapter One focus on descriptioning the logic of ecological compensation. It points out that the core issue of ecological compensation is the the standards for ecological compensation. Chapter two studies the problem of valuing the amount to compensate. The componets of the ecosystem and method of valuing each are studied. Then we give the feasible method of calculating. Chapter three uses Shiyang River as an example to clarify the three aspects studied above and designs its specified ecological compensation plan. On the basis of a standard formulation of the general ecological compensation method. Chapter four we give the policy advices.This article focuses on the valuing of the amount of compensation. Would be expected with the wishes of the ecological value of the risk factors included in the scope of examination.
