In recent years, with the alluvium traversed by shaft in mine becoming thicker and thicker, many problems such as the fracture of the freezing pipe, the disrepair of outer shaft lining, etc. occurred in the artificial frozen alluvium. Therefore we face with challenges in many new theories and key engineering technology in the thick artificial frozen alluvium. In order to solve the problems, the paper, firstly according to the spot actual, obtained the generic rules of the freezing press, the deformation of the frozen wall and the thaw of the frozen wall. Secondly, the freezing press and the temperature interaction between frozen soil wall and shaft lining were emphatically analyzed in theoretical analysis. Thirdly, basing on Henan mining, the rational models were built by the ANSYS software, and according to research on the influencing factors of the freezing stress, the deformation of the frozen wall and the rule of freezing and thawing, the detailed rules of the temperature and mechanical interaction between frozen soil wall and shaft lining were gotten, the expressions of the relationship between the biggest radial displacement and the speed of excavation, the height of section have been obtained, the expression of relationship between the initial temperature and the casting speed have also been obtained. Last the data measured in project has confirmed the rationality of two models, and the conclusions that the numerical simulation obtained have certain guiding sense to the wall structural design and the project practice.
