| In This issue,we studied the technology of preparing ultra-fine soybean hull dietary fiber,the physicochemical properties of ultra-fine soybean hull dietary fiber and effect of ultra-fine soybean hull dietary fiber hypoglycemic auxiliary functions.We use the acid treatment method to prepare the water-insoluble dietary fiber.Preparation of the best processes are as follows:Soybean hull→Screening→Smash→deal with acid(plus water 15 mL/g soybean hull,pH is raised to 3,Put in 100℃mixing 60 min)→Adjust pH to neutral→Filter Press→Bleaching(the concentration of H2O2 is 8%,the concentration of Na2HPO4 is 1.2%,the temperature is 55℃)→Drying(60℃)→Ultra-fine→Ultra-fine soybean hull water insoluble dietary fiber.The studies of ultra-fine soybean hull dietary fiber's water absorbent, solubility,viscosity,cation exchange capacity,water expansibility capacity and oil absorption capacity show that:ultra-fine soybean hull dietary fiber of water,water rate and viscosity decreases with decreasing particle size,when particle size less than 180 mesh its absorbent begun to increase again;cation exchange capacity,and the same temperature as the solubility increase with the particle size decreasing.Oil absorption capacity and water expansibility capacity decrease with the size decreasing,when size over 200 mesh,it begins to increase.Through animal experiments,study the effect of size of soybean hull ultra-fine dietary fiber on hypoglycemic diabetic mice auxiliary function and diabetic complications of high blood lipid targets. Experiments show that:ultra-fine soybean hull dietary fiber of diabetic mice fasting blood glucose values significantly decreased role(p<0.05), blood glucose value dropped 11.84%;200 mesh following ultra-fine soybean hull dietary fiber of diabetic mice fasting blood glucose values have a very significant role in lowering(p<0.01),blood glucose value dropped 27.78%.Impaired blood glucose tolerance was found that: ultra-fine soybean hull dietary fiber and 200 mesh following soybean hull ultra-fine dietary fiber have a significant role in lowering peak postprandial blood glucose and overall postprandial blood glucose value in normal mice(p<0.05).There was a significant role of soybean hull ultra-fine dietary fiber and 200 mesh following soybean hull ultra-fine dietary fiber to control blood glucose in diabetic mice peak postprandial blood glucose levels and overall postprandial blood glucose value(p<0.01).Indexes of its blood lipid found:ultra-fine soybean hull dietary fiber of diabetic mice serum triglyceride values prominent role(p<0.05), but on the other blood lipid parameters were not significant role. Superfine 200 mesh following soybean hull dietary fiber of diabetic mice triglyceride content was significantly reduced role(p<0.01),the atherogenic index have significantly decreased role(p<0.05),indicating that the 200 mesh of soybean hull ultra-fine dietary fiber has some effect on blood lipids and function. |
