The purpose of the material balancing calculating of sinter process lies in the assurance of the amount of original material which participates in each homework process and the whole production process of the production of Alumina, and the amount of the finished product, semi-processed goods and the abandon material. These data are very important to the design and organization of sinter process of aluminum basis.In this thesis, there is an investigation of the basic principle of Aluminum production process and the production craft of main work preface. Based on that, refine actual process into a precise foundation of mathematics mode ,according to the Material immortalization principle, That model is a mathematics abstraction of a large complications production system, which is non-linear,multi-feedback and could cover all the information of the whole production process.After established a precise mathematical model, Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO),Simplex and Simulated Annealing algorithm is imported to get the best solution of the model. And analyze the characteristics of the PSO, get the meaning and setting rule of the parameter. Then choose the right algorithm that can carry out to refrain from rash action and jump to bowl out a department the superior solution quickly. The conclusion is that PSO algorithm is excellent in application of this kind problem of project.Design this software as a application in the Windows. According to respective characteristics of MATLAB and Visual C++, MATLAB was used for procedure of the development calculation and Visual C++ was used for customer interface, and employ Matcom to connect them and deliver data. During the process of the development of this software, the application of the multi-threading technique make it convenient for the technical personnel to use.The purpose of the research of this topic was accomplished. With sinter process of Alumina production process for background, manual computation was instead by software to calculate the material balance, based on thorough understanding of physical process of production and the method of manual computation. Beside that, the interpretation of result of the experiment of PSO algorithm, indicated that The software of this topic design was better than we have expected in technical target, whatever in computing speed or computing the accuracy of result. |
