Luoyang City,Henan Province is located in the west,the south bank of middle reaches of Yellow River,is a historic and cultural city.In the seven ancient capitals in China, Luoyang of the earliest capital,during the longest,most dynasties,is knowned as"the ancient capital of nine dynasties.New district of Luoyang is the recent focus on the development of urban areas,the region not to build complete wasterwater treatment facilities,has seriously affected the water environment of Luoyang City and damaged the urban environment.On a base of A comprehensive analysis of this topic in Luoyang city for the new district in Water supply and drainage status,The topic analysis sewage quantity and determine the size and extent of sewage treatment,In a number of options for secondary biological treatment process planning,The topic apply of gray relational coefficient method to establish wastewater treatment process optimization model options and arrive at the optimal scheme of secondary biological treatment process.Comparing with the existing wastewater treatment scheme depending on economic data-based program the optimal scheme is better in reflecting the full impact of the system elements that more scientific and reasonable evaluation of the results for the optimization of wastewater treatment was provided to a better scientific choice.According to the new district of Luoyang City sewage treatment plant scale and into and out of the water quality the topic analysed process of improving the oxidation ditch and improving the A~2/Oand CASS.results show that improved the A~2/O process is the best secondary biological sewage treatment process.Secondary biological sewage treatment process do not reach A-level emissions standards,The wasterwater need for a advanced treatment.By the multi-program comparison,the coagulation-precipitation-filter process is use of scheme.This article also discussed some of the other issues for wasterwater treatment process.the out water disinfect with chlorine dioxide in composite considering the applicability of engineering,the maturity of technology,security,reliability,the character of operation and management,the economic costs and other factors, requirment for the residual chlorine in reusing of wasterwater in the future.medicateing method is postposition precipitation for Chemical phosphorus removal.Sludge treatment process used the method of mechanical condensation and dehydration, Sludge was disposal ultimately in the sludge disposal plant.In this paper the choice for the process of municipal wastewater treatment plant are a reference only.
